Kommentar/Beschreibung

Dear students,

Herewith you get an explanation of what has to be done in the lecture subject Optical Metrology.

1. Study the lecture notes conscientiously. These are located on the V-drive under my name (schuth). Here you will find all parts that are relevant for this lecture. You will also find additional material to the lecture that I may put online for you to study.

2. You will be writing an exam at the end of the semester. There will be no project. Part of the exam are multiple choice questions.

3. If you have any questions about the lecture material, please feel free to send me an e-mail at schuth@hochschule-trier.de during the semester. Please make sure that you formulate your question specifically so that I can answer it with a short explanation.
